It's been quite an eventful week here at Yourgreatfinds!

I have a couple of important announcements. First of all, Yesterday I signed a vendor contract with a fantastic auction website. I will be doing several auction events with them. The first one will  be offering antiques, vintage photo props and jewelry. When my landing page has been created I will provide a link. I am very excited about this because I simply do not have enough time to list all that I have to offer. This is the missing link that will round out my offerings of great finds to you. More information on this partnership will be forthcoming as it unfolds. 

What this means for my website is that I will be removing items mainly from the messy bowl, the back docket at One Kings Laneand Etsy to send to auction. I feel that is is only fair to give you a chance to purchase from the messy bowl at a great discount while I am removing and changing up items in the messy bowl. This will keep the bowl fresh and exciting.

The second thing that I want to address is the announcement today by One Kings Lane. They were purchased by and will be merging with Bed, Bath and Beyond. At this point, the OKL website is staying in tact and I will remain on the site as a loyal preferred Vintage Market Finds vendor. I have just spend the last month submitting a large quantity of fresh Southwestern finds for a huge Southwestern event that will open for purchase at 8:00AM on June 28. I am very excited about these changes and this event. I will have more on that event later. 

In fact, 6 of my very best Navajo pieces are in New York City right now being displayed in the One Kings Lane Showroom. Wouldn't that be cool if they were photographed for a magazine? 

To freshen up my collections I will be removing a portion of product that has been featured in a previous events, product that is sitting on the docket not being seen, to my website. Some of these pieces will go to regular inventory, some to the messy bowl and some to auction. I do this from time to time anyway. I want to give you a head's up that this inventory will be entering my website and the messy bowl. I have already started this process and will be working on it over the next few days. 

The last thing is that I am entering an advertising agreement with Engaged Media, so you will be seeing some of my finds in their hardcopy magazines in the fall and beyond. 

It will be a few months as we have to finish selecting which publications are a perfect fit for my inventory selection. Then we will do our seasonal photo shoots and wait to see the final product in print. 

That's about it today! I have my work cut out for me getting ready for these events. I still have over 200 fresh jewelry finds to get listed as well. Just know that I'm working!
