Vintage 14k Yellow Gold & 1/2 Carat Diamond Ring
It is a size 5.
The center stone is an old European Cut diamond.
Diamond is quite clean. This cut has a deep pavilion and a high crown. It has a couple of chips in the girdle. There are a few veils in the stone, but it has overall great white color and very good brilliance.
It has 12 diamonds set in prongs around it. Two are larger, approximately 2.5 points and the others about 1 point each.
Face of the ring measures 15mm by 12mm.
It weighs 4 grams.
Not marked with metal purity. Acid tests 14k gold.
