Vintage Brown Suede Blazer Jacket with Fringe

Vintage Brown suede blazer jacket with fringe. Closure is with one silver concho button.  Has shoulder pads and the front pocket edges are padded. It is large and boxy and can be worn by a woman or man. It was made by Winlit. C. 1970-1990. It is not marked with a size so here are the measurements:

Bust/chest : 46"

Shoulder to hem: 40"

Waist: 

44"

Sleeve inseam: 16"

Fringe length: 9" long

Condition. There is missing fringe on both sleeves. See photos. It has some soiling and wear.
