Early Navajo Spider Web Turquoise Ring in Sterling Silver Size: 8
Early hand wrought Navajo ring set with natural spider web turquoise that has sky blue and seafoam green colors. Nice chocolate colored matrix.
Ring is a size: 8. Face measures 1 1/4" by 1 1/8". Stone is set in a deep plain bezel with scalloped wire that forms a flower sort of design. Each loop has a hand dropped raindrop inside. Note the right side. The sterling silver sheet backing does not meet the loop. It was made that way and is not damaged.
Shank is hand hammered and has a cold chisel split. Weight" 10 grams. Has tarnish. C. 1935.
