Very pale blue 3.75 carat faceted aquamarine ring with 6 small faceted blue topaz stones. The ring is sterling silver with 14k yellow gold embellishments. Marked 925, “W” and 14k inside. Size 7. Weight: 14.8 grams. Stone is set into the ring with a cage behind it. It needs to be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner.
Face of the ring measures 1 1/8” by 7/8” and it is 3/8” tall.
This stone was tested with a presidium gem tester. There is a possibility of it being a form of quartz, but it tested dead on for aquamarine. A GIA certificate would add at least $150 to the price of this ring. That was a hard pass for me.
