Vintage solid .999 Fine sterling silver double sided Medusa medallion pendant. It measures 1 1/16” in diameter. It weighs 15.9 grams which is over 1/2 ounce of silver. It has wear and scratches. marked .999 fine silver on the edge. This is the only ove of these that I have ever found in 25 years buying and selling.
