Rare 3-dimensional fine 990 sterling silver brooch by Master Taxco silversmith Hector Aguilar. This piece with leaves and pods was formed by hand. It is outstanding and the patina enhances the design. Measures 2 /4” long by 2” wide. Weight: 20.8 grams. Well hallmarked on the back.
Hector worked for William Spratling and ran his taller for years before he opened his own shop. He work is masterful and highly collected.
