Vintage lorgnette magnifier glasses made by Reo. The glasses appear to be +100 power, but that is approximate. It has a sterling silver tag that says REO and sterling, but not the power.
They measure 3 1/2” by 1 1/8”. The figaro link chain is 36” long and solid sterling. Weight of necklace is 21.5 grams. The lenses are scratched, but not badly. Each side has scratches. Super cute!
