Vintage ethnic sterling silver cluster ring. It is set with pale turquoise, denim lapis lazuli and coral. It is not marked so I acid tested it and it is sterling silver. 

Size 8 and the face is 1 3/8" long by 3/4" and it stands up 1/2". A note about these old rings. The stones are often glued in place and the glue is old. I would keep this piece out if water and jewelry cleaner. Weight: 9.8 grams. The silver is tarnished to a gunmetal colored due to age. Not Native American.
