Vintage Pink leather cowgirl boots by Panhandle Slim. I believe that these are about 30 years old. The shafts are cowhide and the vamps appear to be lizard. The vamps have fading and patina. look closely at the photos. There are also black scuffs. 

The soles are leather and they have some wear as do the heels. Wear to stitching, but soles are on tight. These were likely worn for line dancing in the 1990s. 

Size 6.5 calf circumference is 12 7/8”.
