II have 9 of them; 2 in 5 3/4” and 7 in 6” ( Gaps are 10”) They are adjustable and will fit a 7” wrist as is, but can’t be moved out if you can tolerate a larger gap. Weigh approximately 18 to 19 grams.
Balls have a diameter of 7.8mm and the cable is 3.5mm. Some tarnish. Will polish up.
Marked 925 inside. Genderless.
