Vintage 1950s nickel silver Southwestern bracelet by Sanford of Los Angeles. Of the companies that made replicated Navajo jewelry, Sanford made the best. This cuff is nickel silver (Not sterling) and has stamping including a huge Rainbow Man on each terminal. There are applied raised feathers on each side of the satellite setting. They have some smooth wear. The stone is white howlite. Sanford did use genuine stones in much, not all, but many of their pieces.
This is a good, heavy bracelet weighing in at 52.9 grams. Interior measures 5 1/2” plus the opening of 1 1/4” It is 1 1/2” wide. One of the best costume grade pieces that I have offered. Fred Harvey Era.
