Hand made burlwood quartz clock by Charles Elkin. It measures 4 3/4" by 1 1/8" at the base. Clock is 36mm in diameter. It works, but needs a new battery.

I used this as a photography prop for years as the uneven surface of the top holds rings and earrings well. It has been sitting on my desk for years with a working battery. I have changed it out twice. The clock just pops out from the front. I decide to let it go because the goldtone metal is starting to show roughness, a sign of living at the beach. The salty air here rusts and corrodes so many things!
