Old Fred Harvey era wrought sterling silver cuff bracelet set with pale blue turquoise. The cuff is stamp decorated all the way to the terminal tips. There are arrows and the water sign. The front area has a scalloped edge with a floral design. 

Interior measures 4 5/8" plus the opening of 1 1/4". It is 3/8" wide. Weight: 7.3 grams. Has some tarnish.
