Vintage tripod folding camp stool. It has a thick tooled saddle leather seat in black and brown. (Likely Made in Mexico) Legs are wooden with a strong metal bracket that can tighten down with nuts. 

Stands 16” tall and the seat is 16” wide coroner to corner. I have had this in my home for years. I purchased it from a man that had a cool collection of Western items that he used in a movie. He told me the name of the movie, but I cannot remember the name of it. (Just a trivial thing that really means nothing, but is interesting)
