Old Navajo sterling silver concho belt from the Fred Harvey era. The conchos are square and the butterflies are shaped like footballs. The buckle has a n apoplectic oval concho with skipwork and stamped raindrops.
All handmade. It is 36” Long. The square conchos are 7/8” square.
The silver. It is no hallmarks. I acid tested it and it passed for high silver. See how the color is very white and there is no tarnish? I highly suspect that this is .999 silver made from something like melted Mexican pesos of the time. It weighs 88 grams. Super nice.
