Vintage white Hawaiian puka shell necklace with 5 turquoise nugget beads. There are also bright brassy gold beads. 

The shells are so white and shiny that I thought that they were glass, but they are natural shells tumbled by the ocean and sand. See the close-up shot of the shells. 

18" long. Pukas have a diameter of 5.8 mm.
