Vintage sterling silver oversized pendant set with a gray quartz druzy. The faceted blue stone is CZ as I tested it and it is not topaz. It measures 2 3/8” tall by 3/4” wide. The druzy has a shallow side chip that looks white.  Weight: 14.8 grams. It is not marked. I acid tested it and it is sterling.
