Vintage wrought sterling silver ring in the Southwestern style. It may be Navajo. but the style tells me that it could be a rockhound piece too. It was clearly made in the late 1970s or early 1980s as the artist designed with big sterling nuggets that frame the stone. Said stone is natural and has some spider webbing. 

The shank is hand hammered. You can see the marks easily. It is cold chisel split. 

Size 9 3/4 . Face measures 7.8" long. Weight: 9.4 grams. No hallmarks.
