Vintage sterling silver pierced post Southwestern earrings. They are set with lapis and each earring has 9 dangling fringe beaded pieces that are beaded with lapis heishi. If you look closely at the ends of the fringe, the maker hammered the wire ends into little flat spoons. Some of those have broken off, but the beads are secure. 

Earrings have a diameter of 1" and the total length is 2 1/4" long. Weight for both is 13.2 grams. Marked sterling.
