Vintage Navajo sterling silver medicine wheel pendant. The medicine wheel or cross is highly stamped decorated in the center is set an eagle head carved by hand of turquoise. He has a basil set coral stone for an eye there are four dangling pieces, two feathers that are sterling silver in light set with mother of pearl and turquoise and two coral arrows. There is a fifth jumping on the left side or something else must've been hanging, but it is gone.
When you turn it over to look at the back, it has double loops on the back, which makes it look like this piece was once a bolo slide however, the loops are only 3/8 of an inch wide so I don't know what would've been used for the bolo that would be that small to make it through those little holes, but the bale is clearly added later so it must've been a bolo at some time..
It is Mark Sterling in black letter stamping on the back.
Diameter is 1 7/8 and with the drops it is 2 7/8 inches long
