Pre-owned Britannia Gold Plated Walking Liberty Half Dollar Quartz Watch with sterling silver Navajo channel Inlay Watch band.
The watch: It is running as I type this. It is keeping perfect time.I do not know how old the battery is or how long it will last. The gold has some scratches and chips that can be seen with a jeweler’s loupe. 1 3/8” in diameter. Crystal is glass and I do not see any scratches.
The band plates are sterling silver and the expansion band is stainless steel and made in Hong Kong.
The plates are hallmarked R. B. And may be the mark of a member of the Bahe family. The channel inlay is gorgeous with spider web turquoise from the Pilot Mountain Mine, Jet, Coral and lapis lazuli.
