Antique Victorian match safe of vesta of solid sterling silver. It is marked sterling on the rim under the lid. Marked 208 sterling and with a script L. It has a hinged lid and a lovely repoussé floral design. It has been personalized with a monogram. Match striker on the bottom. Measures 2 5/8" tall by 1 3/8" wide. Has some long wear dents from being handled. Weight: 23.8 grams.
