Pre-owned sterling silver button cover pair by Daniel Zender and artist out of a Santa Fe jewelry store called “The Golden Eye” It is a very upscale shop that does much work in gold and offers custom work. I do not know if Daniel is Navajo or not, but the work is top notch. 

The stones are are mystery. I tested them and they are natural stones that rate in the topaz range, but is not topaz. The stone is in layers with brown and fine layers of red and tan colored stones. The tan almost like like a feldspar. The stones are hard to photograph. Under a magnifier you can see the tiniest veins of color. I cannot find this stone on the internet to identify it for you.

The covers are hallmarked inside. They measure 7/8” tall. For a button that is 5/8” in diameter or smaller.
