Navajo Sterling Silver Pearl Beads Turquoise Naja Necklace

Vintage Navajo beaded necklace with turquoise Naja. The necklace is beaded with 9.2 mm and 7.3 mm diameter hand soldered sterling silver Navajo "pearls" or bench beads known as hogans. It also has Rough cut turquoise beads. The sterling silver Naga is set with 8 blue turquoise stones. It measures 2 1/4" by 2 3/8". The settings are decorated with knife edge stamping. Cones are sterling as well. Silver does have a beautiful tarnished patina. Necklace is 20" long. Weight: 827 grams. A nice lighter weight piece for those who like the squash blossom, but find them too heavy.
