A very rustic cooking pot with no decorations and only glazed inside and down past the handles on the outside. The Mexican woman that I bought this from told me that her mother cooked their food in these red clay pots every day. This is a bean pot. Never had a lid. It measures 5" tall and has a diameter of 5 1/2". Faint Mexican stamp in worn black ink on the bottom. In excellent condition. A lovely relic.
