Vintage Navajo made sterling silver ring set with natural turquoise. The stone has some laboratory work done to the surface and it has a natural shape you will see near the bottom what looks like a crack. It is not a crack. It is part of the matrix and it also has high right inclusions. Has a nice wide plane vessel, and nice edge stamping around the frame. Handmade shank with two cold chisel splits on each side.

Size 8 1/2 face of the ring measures 1 3/4" by almost 1". Weight: 13.2 grams. 

If you shake this ring, the stone will rattle a little bit, but it is definitely secure in the setting. It just was not glued to the backing.
