This is a classic ranger belt buckle made by famed Navajo silversmith and resident of Shades of the West of Scottsdale, AZ,  Dan Oliver. Dan Oliver is a multi-generational silversmith, learning from his incredibly talented father Lloyd Oliver who was one of the original 29 Navajo Code Talkers of WWII. 

This buckle has a skipwork design that represents the rays of the sun. 

Well hallmarked on the back. It measures 2 1/2" y 2 7/8". It is for a belt that measures 1 1/2" wide. Weight is 49 grams. Buckle only, Not tip and no guides.
